• Agape

My knees knocked and palms sweat as I waited for the clients that first day. I had spent months in training and countless hours praying. Even still, the enemy and his lies were shouting. Who was I to be a mentor anyway?

Yet within minutes of the dear woman walking in for her session that morning, God was confirming.

Again and again. It was no accident I was there, nor each and every person I encountered.

So often we feel too damaged. Unworthy. Our stories are far from pretty. Still God is in the business of the messy and using the broken for His glory. Ephesians 1 verse 4 says "Even before he made the world, God loved us and CHOSE us."

Each breath, each hour, each day is not an accident. We must be willing to go and serve and love even when it hurts. Even when it's uncomfortable. For even the darkest parts of our stories, the gifts we try to hide or deny can be used for His Glory. Will you say yes to Him and serve?

Agape is in need of committed servants willing to use their gifts and talents for His Kingdom purposes. To find out more of what it would look like to serve with the Agape Family, please contact through the website.
